Submission Process and Guidelines

  1. Content Formatting Requirements
    • Submit articles as Word documents (.docx) or Google Docs links (no PDFs).
    • Minimum article length: 500 words.
  2. Multimedia Submission Rules
    • Up to 2 high-resolution images may be included (minimum 1200×800 px). Additional images: +USD 40 each.
    • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, or WEBP.
    • You must own or credit all submitted images appropriately.
  3. External & Internal Linking Policies
    • You may include up to 3 external links per article. Paid links will be tagged rel= “sponsored” in accordance with Google’s policies. These remain fully visible but do not influence search rankings.
    • Editorial/informational links may use standard dofollow formatting.
    • Internal links to Troy Media articles are encouraged and do not count toward the external link limit.
    • Links must be relevant, reputable, and valuable to readers. Spam or deceptive links will result in rejection.
  4. Author Bio & Byline Options
    • Default byline: “Joint Venture.”
    • Optional custom author profile (photo and bio): USD 55 per article.
  5. Editorial Rights & Review
    • Troy Media may correct grammar, spelling, and formatting.
    • All articles are reviewed prior to publication. Final publication is at our discretion.
  6. Turnaround Time
    • Standard publishing: Within 48 hours of submission and approval.
  7. Content Restrictions

Terms & Conditions

  • Troy Media is not liable for the accuracy of claims made in submitted content.
    • The author is responsible for legal compliance and third-party rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks).
    • Submitters agree to indemnify Troy Media against any legal claims or damages arising from their content.
    • Sponsored posts are hosted on Troy Media for the life of the site and are not removed unless the advertiser violates content or linking guidelines. While we make no legal guarantee of permanence, our editorial archive has remained intact since 2015, and sponsored content is treated the same way. We reserve the right to remove any article if all external links become broken or if the content becomes outdated or non-functional due to link rot (i.e., broken, missing, or redirected URLs).
    • Broken links are monitored and may be removed after three consecutive failures. If all external links fail, the article may be removed entirely.
    • Articles are published under Category > Joint Venture.
    • Required tagline:

• You must provide your business name and full mailing address with each submission.
